Regional law firm Coffin Mew has appointed a new partner to its Newbury office. Real-estate specialist Simon Shoefield brings 13 years of experience to the commercial property team.
Shoefield’s extensive background in commercial real estate has given him a range of expertise in property investment, landlord and tenant work, development deals and property finance. He has acted for a wide range of corporate tenants, institutional landlords and property funders, in various market sectors including retail, car dealerships, serviced offices and IT industries.
Shoefield joins Coffin Mew following 12 years at Shoosmiths LLP in Reading. At Coffin Mew, he will strengthen the team’s extensive commercial property services with his experienced and enthusiastic approach to meeting client objectives. He has a reputation for delivering succinct legal advice, exceeding client expectations and providing a truly professional service.
