New retail and offices at Graven Hill, Bicester up for sale

The first new commercial units at the 550 acre Graven Hill Residential Development in Bicester are now being offered either to let or for sale on a long leasehold basis by White Commercial Surveyors.

Graven Hill is the UK’s largest self and custom build residential development is creating 1,900 new homes at Bicester in Oxfordshire. Significant amenities planned include a pre-school nursery, a primary school (2.5 classes per year), recreational areas, sports pavilion, a pub/restaurant facility, a community centre, allotments, a number of offices and retail units with separate employment space are also being provided.

Self-builders moving into their custom homes are providing a unique and vibrant community with site events including picnics, BBQs, treasure hunts and seasonal events which all well supported by the Graven Hill community.

The apartments where the new commercial units are located comprise four blocks, two of which are already complete and with the remaining two blocks complete by end of March 2021 and occupants moving in thereafter.

There are four commercial units available varying in size from 1,270 sq ft – 2,935 sq ft and White Commercial are marketing them to let or for sale on a long leasehold basis.
