Finalists for the remaining four categories at the South Coast Property Awards 2023 have now been announced. The shortlisted companies represent the elite of the region’s property sector.

Once again headline sponsored by Amiri Construction, the awards are the leading commercial property event in the region, recognising the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers to the success of the sector.

Supported by three independent judges from SPA, PPA and BPA, winners in 16 categories will be revealed by category sponsors AECOM, Biscoes Solicitors, Dutton Gregory Solicitors, Lester Aldridge, MSP Capital, Cobweb, Lloyds Bank, Lambert Smith Hampton, South Coast CPS, Highwood, CoStar and Graitec

The Business Magazine hosted awards will be hosted by top comedian Hal Cruttenden and held at The Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton on 8 June 2023.

Commenting on the tough task the judges faced in selecting finalists and winners, Jo Whittle, Operations Director at The Business Magazine said ‘As always, with such a high standard of entries judging was difficult and some tough decisions had to be made. Our finalists represent the cream of the South Coast property sector and we look forward to recognising their achievements.’
