Savills Oxford, on behalf of St John’s College, has secured a number of deals on Beaumont Street to occupiers including White & Black Legal and Oriel Square.
Number 16, which comprises 2,409 sq ft (223 sq m) of office space, has been let to White & Black Legal on a new eight-year lease, subject to the completion of comprehensive refurbishment works that are currently underway.
Number 29 has been let to Oriel Square on a new three-year lease for 1,088 sq ft (101 sq m) on the lower ground and first floor of the building. Having recently become available, the publisher is now also under offer on the third floor for an additional 507 sq ft (47 sq m).
This follows a deal earlier this year at number 17 to Cambridge Quantum Computing, who agreed to a new 12-year lease.
