MSP Capital secures new larger offices in Poole

Goadsby Commercial and Waters Chartered Surveyors have successfully sourced a new head office for MSP Capital close to Poole Quay.

Strata House occupies a prominent position on the corner of Castle Street and Strand Street, approximately 90m from Poole Quay and 60m from Poole High Street.

The premises are arranged over 3 storeys and MSP Capital will occupy approximately 90% of the building.

Goadsby Commercial also manage the building on behalf of the landlord and the Business Space and Management departments worked closely together to conclude the letting.

Adam Tovey of MSP Capital commented: "After being based in Lilliput for over 6 years, MSP Capital are excited to have secured our new larger offices in Poole. Strata House has more space to accommodate our growing team and we look forward to welcoming our clients into the offices soon."
