Milton Park’s unique simplified ten-day planning arrangement and single ownership gives companies the ability to grow within the Park. The Park is proud to host many of the early Oxford University spinout companies which have remained here to this day.
A growing number of companies at the Park have completed the full journey through the high-growth ecosystem. Adaptimmune, Immunocore, Exscientia, Oxford Immunotec and most recently Evotec have all attracted huge levels of investment through floating on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Benefitting from excellent transport connections, people can take advantage of direct buses from Oxford and other towns across the county and direct trains from London, Swindon and Reading to Didcot Parkway. For only £20 per year, those working at the Park can use the regular shuttle bus service to travel anywhere within Didcot.
Cyclists enjoy easy access to and from the Park through using dedicated cycleways. A free bike and e-bike hire scheme is available for people working here. The bikes are housed in bike shelter ‘hubs’ across Milton Park and at Didcot Parkway railway station.
