Amicus, a global biotechnology company, has taken a 10-year lease at 28 per sq ft and will move from offices in Gerrards Cross to the 1 Globeside building to expand.
It is the largest letting in Marlow for several years.
Nick Coote, head of Thames Valley at Lambert Smith Hampton, adviser to Amicus, said: “Following on from our letting of 55,000 sq ft at Voyager Place, Maidenhead this is another significant office transaction illustrating the increasing need for larger space requirements in the Thames Valley.”
Amicus Therapeutics' offices will be located miles from junction 4 of the M40 close to Marlow train station and town centre.
