MAPP has been appointed as property manager for the 260,700 sq ft retail scheme, Windsor Yards Shopping Centre.
Recently acquired by client AEW, the property features 45 retail units, a hotel, a 750 space multi-storey car park, and 25 residential flats. Future redevelopment plans will welcome additional offices, new leisure schemes, a cinema and much more.
George Grimes, client director at MAPP commented: MAPP are delighted to have been appointed by AEW on the management of Windsor Yards Shopping Centre. This shopping centre, like a lot of retail, has had a tough few years but is in a great position to showcase the future of a more experiential-based retail offering. We are really looking forward to working with local partners across the town both inside and outside the shopping centre to reimagine the customer experience.
