Clearbell Capital has brought to market Voyager Place, FM Insurance's headquarters in Maidenhead, seeking in excess of £28.5 million.

Market sources said Clearbell had appointed LSH to market the 56,750 sq ft building which it leased in its entirety to FM Insurance Company at the end of 2017 in what is understood to have been the largest letting in the Thames Valley that year.

The commercial property insurance firm signed a new 10-year lease paying an annual rent of £1.74m, equating to £32 per sq ft.

The letting followed the £7m refurbishment of Voyager Place undertaken by Clearbell after the fund manager purchased the building in December 2015 acting on behalf of a client.
