Maidenhead: LSH expands office with new head of agency

LSH has expanded its Maidenhead Agency team offering with the appointment of highly-experienced specialist Dominic Faires as head of agency in the Maidenhead office. Faires will be working alongside Cliff Jackson who is returning after a period of convalescence.

Faires joins from Northgate plc where he was the national acquisitions and asset manager, providing strategic acquisition, disposal, and asset management advisory services to the Northgate group of businesses.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining Cliff and this fantastic team at the new inspired Maidenhead workplace. I look forward to working closely with my colleagues to deliver optimum property outcomes for our clients across the greater Thames Valley region.”

With over 16 years commercial experience working with a wide range of occupier, landlord and investor clients across multiple sectors LSH said it was delighted to have Faires on board.

Cliff Jackson, director at LSH Maidenhead, added: “‘I am delighted to be returning to the LSH Maidenhead team to concentrate on Corporate Real Estate projects, whilst supporting Dominic in his exciting new role heading up the Maidenhead Agency team. I’m sure his wealth of knowledge and experience will be of great benefit to our team and clients alike.”
