We’re on the hunt for a well-rounded property agency to take home a trophy from the Thames Valley Property Awards 2024

This year’s event will feature the presentation of two exciting new awards – the Property Agency of the Year – Residential and the Property Agency of the Year – Commercial.

Sponsored by Morgan Lovell, the Property Agency of the Year – Commercial will be presented to the agency that has demonstrated the most comprehensive and outstanding approach to commercial real estate services in 2023.

Our independent judges will consider a range of factors including client satisfaction, deal volume, size and complexity, innovation and tech adoption, professionalism, client retention and employee development.

But with the Thames Valley being home to so many active agencies, it’s anyone’s game. Here are seven commercial property agencies who we think should put themselves forward for the chance to be named the best-of-the-best:

Orange Properties

Backed by more than 30 years of invaluable experience, Orange Properties prides itself on its diverse portfolio of both commercial and residential properties. From commercial sales and lettings and property management services to providing all types of insurance and extensive valuations, the company offers a wide range of services.

R Whitley & Co

Having grown enormously since being founded in 1938, R Whitley & Co has passed its passion for property down through three successive generations of experts. An independent family-run business at its core, the company couldn’t be prouder of its highly professional, skilled and friendly team.

Emberson + Co

Covering all of Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire’s commercial property needs, Emberson + Co has become a well-known name throughout the Thames Valley region. Whether you’re looking to invest in a new property, get your own property valued or beginning your planning or building journey, Emberson + Co is there to help.

Lakin & Co

Working closely with its ever-expanding network of sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants within its local area of Uxbridge and Ickenham, Lakin & Co is renowned for its excellent customer service. Defined by its unrivalled dedication and reliability, the company is a true staple of the region’s property sector.

Fryer Commercial

Having worked with some of the most recognisable names in the Thames Valley, Fryer Commercial is a well-respected figure in the region’s property sector. The company looks to provide fresh, energetic solutions to meet the needs of its clients, having made a real impact since being established in 2010.

Clare & Co

Based in Farnborough and dedicated to bettering the Thames Valley region for more than 35 years, Clare & Co offer services around any type of commercial property from offices and industrial units to retail spaces and leisure areas. The company has an impressive ability to offer tailor-made solutions that fit clients’ specific needs.

Austin Phoenix

Boasting a well-established record of excellence and having achieved high quality results throughout the M3 corridor, Austin Phoenix has done some memorable work in both the residential and commercial property sectors. Having worked on an extensive number of deals and with a large number of properties, the company is becoming a key figure in the region.
