We’re on the hunt for a well-rounded property agency to take home a trophy from the Thames Valley Property Awards 2024.
This year’s event will feature the presentation of two exciting new awards – the Property Agency of the Year – Residential and the Property Agency of the Year – Commercial.
Sponsored by Morgan Lovell, the Property Agency of the Year – Commercial will be presented to the agency that has demonstrated the most comprehensive and outstanding approach to commercial real estate services in 2023.
Our independent judges will consider a range of factors including client satisfaction, deal volume, size and complexity, innovation and tech adoption, professionalism, client retention and employee development.
But with the Thames Valley being home to so many active agencies, it’s anyone’s game. Here are seven commercial property agencies who we think should put themselves forward for the chance to be named the best-of-the-best:

Having worked with some of the most recognisable names in the Thames Valley, Fryer Commercial is a well-respected figure in the region’s property sector.
