A landmark manufacturing and distribution warehouse in Cinderford is being brought to the market by agents Avison Young and Kurt Wyman Surveyors.

Located on the popular Forest Vale Industrial Estate, the property comprises a modern, high quality facility of c.84,900 sq ft on a c.5.5 acre site and includes a high bay warehouse, offices and production areas.

Marketing agent Kurt Wyman said: "This is an exceptional, high specification building located on a popular trading estate and suitable for a wide variety of end users."

Originally developed for Dezac Group in the early 2000s, the site is currently home to Direct Online Services, who own a range of well-known brands including Work Top Express.

Direct Online Services is reluctantly vacating the site as it focusses on consolidating its core operations into one location.
