Leaders Romans Group launches shared ownership brand

Wokingham property services company Leaders Romans Group has announced the evolution of its shared ownership division into the stand alone brand SOWN.

SOWN will remain part of Leaders Romans Group, retaining the team's longevity and experience from facilitating the exchange and completion of over 2,000 properties in the past five years.

Customers will now have access to  surveys, mortgages and insurance advice from the company.

The team has said that the S and O in the name reference shared ownership, but as a whole the name represents the idea of 'sowing the seeds of a new beginning'.

A number of housing associations and registered providers have worked with the SOWN team prior to the rebrand, including  L&Q, Southern Housing, Laurus Homes, Richmond Housing Partnerships, HSPG, and the Shanly Group.
