The Ivy restaurant to open in Windsor

Renowned celebrity haunt The Ivy is to open on Windsor High Street this summer.

The Ivy Collection Restaurant on Windsor High Street will open at the site of the former Tower Brasserie tearooms.

The Ivy Collection is a group of restaurants and brasseries, established in London and growing regionally across both the UK and Ireland.

Viewed as a market leader in prestige restaurants, The Collection are seeking an assistant general manager for the Windsor outlet.

A statement from Ivy Collection management said: “Each location is carefully handpicked to value, reflect and add to the local area.”

“The Ivy Collection will open a brasserie at 31 High Street, Windsor, in summer 2022.

We’re committed to the wellbeing of our entire team and offer structured employment paths and training at every level to ensure your confidence, and career, grow with the Collection.

“The Windsor venue will feature an all-day dining menu and open seven days a week.
