Property professionals Christopher Ryall and Ian Bullimore have together launched a new multi-disciplined agency, rybull group.

The business represents a collaboration between CDR Evolution and Clutch Property Limited as they each look to expand their service offerings to new markets.

rybull group will take a ‘non-traditional approach’ to the sector, with no conventional high street locations.

Christopher and Ian both bring to the new venture experience in residential and commercial agency, prime property, auctions, land, and new homes.

“After recognising the synergy between our existing businesses, we engaged in extensive discussions which confirmed our shared vision”, they said.

“This realisation spurred our planning for our new multi-disciplined and scalable agency.

“In today’s rapidly changing market, estate agents need to diversify and adapt to new technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes to be successful.

“With a robust array of services and our firmly established pipelines, rybull group are primed to cater for both new and longstanding clients.

“We immediately consolidate all our residential, commercial, land, and new homes operations under the unified brand.”
