Basingstoke-based housebuilder Bewley Homes will further expand its geographical operating area with the launch of a new office in Swindon, to cater to a wider audience of house buyers in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, West Berkshire, and Gloucestershire.
The housebuilder has recently extended its banking facilities to £110 million, which will support its goal to increase turnover from £155 million in 2021 to around £225 million by 2024.
The company has recruited Andrew Driscoll as Land and Planning Director for the new West region. Andrew has extensive experience having worked in the area for over 25 years and will be based in the Swindon office.
The expansion is being underpinned by three live developments, in this area, where Bewley is already building over 300 new homes - Lancaster Park in Hungerford, Bellmount View in Faringdon and Marlborough Gardens in North Leigh.
