International workspace provider Regus has signed a deal to open its first centre in Henley-on-Thames, taking 17,787 sq ft in the heart of the town.
Designed for discerning professionals, the new centre will help to foster a diverse range of businesses and industries. With the government set to invest £218 million in new housing for Oxfordshire and the West of England, the centre will offer the perfect hub for new residents looking for a co-working space, catering for the area’s growing population.
Spanning three floors, the new hub will offer high-quality hot desks, cosy break-out areas, private booths, dedicated meeting rooms, as well as private and virtual offices.
Regus at Henley-on-Thames boasts a roof terrace where members can soak up the sun and take in the riverside views. What’s more, the centre is located less than a mile from the Henley-on-Thames train station, with the nearest bus stop just down the road.
Richard Morris, UK CEO of Regus, said: “We are delighted to be opening our first Regus site in Henley-on-Thames, bringing the workspace revolution to this beautiful town. Demand for flexible office space is growing rapidly – our research shows that 53% of professionals globally now work remotely for at least half their working week and 30% of corporate real estate portfolios could be flexible workspace by 2030. People are recognising that they are far more productive and successful in a dynamic working environment, while businesses are waking up to the financial and strategic benefits. Regus is helping to supply this demand and drive a workspace revolution in Britain."
