Specialist small business accountancy firm Inca has chosen Henley-On-Thames for the opening of its second Oxfordshire office. The expanding firm has ambitions to open six offices across Oxfordshire and Berkshire by 2024.

Graham Carson, managing director of Inca, said: “We’ve had a number of clients in the Henley area for some time so the opening of this office provides us with an ideal opportunity to strengthen those relationships as well as better servicing the needs of existing and new Henley based small businesses.”

Since 2015, Inca has been working alongside a small group of Henley based businesses to encourage business growth. The networking group has generated over £650,000 worth of business for each other and is on course to exceed £750,000 by April 2018.

Henley’s award-winning web design company, Ri Web, is an Inca client and a member of the networking group.  Company founder, Ryan Irving, said: “Working with Inca has been a key part of our success from helping me understand our finances through to attending and presenting at business workshops hosted by Inca resulting in new business leads."

Irving continued: “When starting the business in 2013, I was keen to provide a web design service that would help the many small businesses in the area to grow. Four and a half years later, we are a team of four and looking to recruit in addition to expand our services. The majority of our clients are based in Henley, which has a very strong local economy and community.  I’ve no doubt that having Inca here will only add to that.”

Inca has recently been awarded several business accolades including Investors In People Silver Accreditation, held by just 10 other accountancy firms in the UK, and was a finalist in the international Business Excellence Forum for best company culture.

Inca’s Henley office is based at Chiltern House Business Centre on Station Road with its headquarters remaining at Lyford, between Abingdon and Wantage.
