Regeneration projects are a vital part of any property sector; they are responsible for revitalising underused or derelict areas, boosting local economies and creating jobs.
They are also able to enhance the local community, providing improved housing and amenities. These projects also promote sustainable development, reducing urban sprawl and preserving green spaces.
At the Thames Valley Property Awards 2024, we’re looking to present an award to the hardworking people behind the region’s most significant regeneration project to have taken place during the qualifying period.
Sponsored by Diales, the Regeneration Project of the Year will be presented to an entrant that has played a part in reshaping the landscape of the Thames Valley and that has had a positive impact on the surrounding area.
Our independent judges recognise that it’s crucial for our towns and cities to adapt and evolve to meet the future needs of both the workforce and the local community, and we can’t wait to shine a much-deserved light on the world of regeneration projects.
Think you’ve got what it takes to bring home the trophy?
If you’ve worked on a project that you think is worthy of recognition at the region’s leading property event, then now is the time to enter the Thames Valley Property Awards 2024.
Nominations for this event are still open for a very limited time – head over to the event page now and enter for your chance to be crowned a winner at this year’s black tie gala event.
Entering the awards online is quick, easy and absolutely free – don't miss out on this golden opportunity for you and your business!
We’ll be bringing together all the region’s top agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers for an unmissable night of networking and awards, and we want you to be there.
