The Business Magazine's Thames Valley Property Awards is hosted at Ascot Racecourse on November 16. Nominations are open until September 16, and submissions are being accepted here. There is only one week to go so nominate today.

Among the awards handed out on the evening is the Outstanding Contribution Award – for outstanding service to the sector, sponsored by Workspace for 2022.

The leading provider of professional flexible business space, Workspace has more than 30 year's experience in the property sector.

This year the company expanded its reach into the Thames Valley from London with its acquisition of McKay Securities.

The Business Magazine's Outstanding Contribution Award is made to an individual who has promoted and created success in the execution of a property strategy across the region. Importantly the award winner will have been involved with the promotion of the region as a great place in which to do business.

The synergies between the award winner and the sponsors are clear and with the exciting work underway in the Thames Valley, the award will certainly be keenly contested.

Judges are accepting nominations now and the process is free, easy and can be completed in a few minutes.

Last year's Outstanding Contribution Award was collected by Steve Woodford, Managing Director, Haslams Estate Agents. Judges at the time commented: "Haslams Estate Agents has been dominant in the Reading residential leasing market in recent years due in no small part to his enthusiasm and market presence."

Tickets are also now on sale for the black tie celebration of the Thames Valley Property sector. Compere for the evening will be comedian Marcus Brigstocke.
