Hat trick of deals at new industrial estate in Leamington

Holt Commercial has completed a hat-trick of deals at a new industrial estate in Warwickshire.

The agent, which has offices in Coventry and Birmingham, has just let its third unit at the recently completed T1300 Tachbrook Park in Leamington.

Holt Commercial let Units 3 and 4 – totalling 4,425 sq ft – at the turn of the year and has just completed a deal with rapid prototyping manufacturer Fenland RP on the 2,113 sq ft Unit 11.

Chris Hobday, Associate Director of Holt Commercial, said the deals reflected the strength of the industrial market in the area.

He said: “Even with the Covid-19 crisis, the industrial market has remained buoyant and that is particularly the case on units such as these which provide compact, quality accommodation in an excellent location.

“As well as offering high-spec units, the scheme offers plenty of car parking in comparison to some similar estates and provides something that largely isn’t available within the nearby area.

“We’re very pleased to have concluded our third letting here off a quoting rent of £11 per sq ft and, with enquiries continuing, we are keen to secure further units in the area.

“This particular letting was a great example of all parties working together in order to get the deal done and we are delighted that this area of the market continues to thrive.”
