Two commercial property specialists at the Hampshire offices of Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have been given new positions in the firm’s annual round of promotions.

Guy Jackson has been promoted to associate director in LSH’s industrial agency. Jackson joined LSH as a surveyor in 2014, becoming a senior surveyor in April 2016.

His latest promotion comes after a successful year in which he was named Dealmaker of the Year in the south east region in the EGi Awards.

Robin Dickens, director of industrial agency at LSH for the South Coast, said: “Guy has played a key role in Lambert Smith Hampton’s success over the past year, including the team’s achievement in topping the league tables for office, industrial and investment transactions in the South East region.

“His promotion is well deserved and I know clients and colleagues alike will join me in congratulating Guy in his new role.”

Andy Gibbs, who joined LSH in February 2015, has been promoted to senior surveyor in the firm’s office agency division.

Gibbs has been involved in some considerable deals across the region, including the disposal of a number of properties on behalf of Hampshire Police.

He was a key part of the team which achieved top billing in the M27 Corridor Office League Tables in the EGi award, which concluded a greater number of transactions (48) and more disposed of floor space (177,514 sq ft) than all other agents in the South Coast region.

Andy Hodgkinson, office agency director for the South Coast at LSH, said: “Andy is a key member of our office agency team and has been instrumental in a number of large deals which have contributed to our ongoing success in the region. Andy is representative of the quality of the team at LSH and is to be congratulated on his new position.”

Lambert Smith Hampton has offices in Southampton, Fareham and Winchester.
