Property agency and consultancy, Graham + Sibbald, are expanding their presence in the South of England following their acquisition of independent Chartered Surveying firm, Keningtons.

Currently, Graham +Sibbald has more than 220 staff with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh and elsewhere in Scotland. They now add Kenington's two offices in Swindon and central London to those.

The newly acquired offices will operate as “Graham + Sibbald incorporating Keningtons” in London and Swindon.

Those offices will say, Graham + Sibbald’s become the focus of their expansion in the south of England.

The deal will enable them to expand the reach of their professional property services to national clients across the UK.

Senior Partner at Graham + Sibbald, Les McAndrew, says: “I am delighted to announce that Graham + Sibbald are acquiring the long-established firm of Keningtons.
