GJS Dillon adds high-spec Evesham office park to property asset management portfolio

A spectacular high spec office park in Evesham has become the latest addition to GJS Dillon’s fast-growing property asset management portfolio.

GJS Dillon’s Property Asset Management team is set to provide a full service for Stella House in the Vale Business Park, Evesham. Consisting of two buildings totalling 29,500 sq ft with 120 parking spaces, it offers flexibility for six units or twelve office suites. The high spec office park is currently 89% let and only has three suites remaining.

The instruction came about as a result of a collaboration between the Worcestershire commercial property consultancy’s Agency and Property Asset Management teams.  The Agency team was instructed to market the site in June after its client acquired the former Countrywide site in November, partly for a group company and partly as an investment.

GJS Dillon’s Asset Management Director, Adam Jones, said: "I’m absolutely delighted to be working with Evesham Properties Limited and with our own Agency Team on this beautiful office park. Since our client acquired this site they have invested heavily in ensuring that Stella House stands out as being one of the best office parks in Worcestershire."

This instruction is one of three recent portfolio additions for the GJS Dillon Asset Management Team since August.
