Flude Property Consultants, which has offices in Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth, has completed two industrial lettings in Sussex in the first week of February.
A coffee roaster has rented 2,008 square feet of space at Brighton’s Fairway Business Centre, while a dried flowers distributer has taken a further 3,780 square feet at Unit 9, Newhaven Industrial Park.
Both are local companies needing larger spaces to meet their expanded businesses.
Flude Director, Will Thomas, said: “It’s been a promising start to February with these two industrial lettings. This type of space continues to be highly sought after and as ever there is still very little availability”.
