Flude and SHW conclude conclude 12,500 sq ft lettings in Brighton

Flude property consultants and SHW have completed a letting of 26 Stroudley Road in Brighton for QED Capital Assets.

The new tenants include Mythical Games, Ceres Power, Prestige Telecom, Begbies Traynor, Engage Health Group and Carpenter Box Accountants

QED had undertaken an extensive and high quality refurbishment of the building to present six fully fitted and self-contained office floors ready for immediate occupation.

Sustainable features were also a priority, with the building incorporating electric car charging stations, a rainwater harvesting system for toilet flushing, and solar PV panels that provide 100% renewable energy. The location is a short walk from Brighton Station.
