A highly impressive line-up of finalists has been unveiled for the return of the South Coast Property Awards. The leading commercial property event in the region recognises the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers to the success of the sector.

Headline-sponsored by Amiri Construction, the 2022 South Coast Property Awards is a glittering gala evening of awards, dinner, and good company and guests will be entertained by host Marcus Brigstocke – one of the UK’s leading comedy talents.

Category sponsors include AECOM, Biscoes Legal Services, CoStar, Dutton Gregory Solicitors, Highwood Group, Lambert Smith Hampton, MSP Capital and South Coast CPS.

Commenting on the tough task the judges faced in selecting finalists and winners, Peter Laurie, Senior Adviser at awards organiser The Business Magazine, said: “The last 18 months have been like no other for the property sector, businesses operating in both the commercial and residential property sectors have had to be agile in seeking new opportunities and these awards recognise their outstanding efforts.”

Winners of the 14 award categories will be revealed throughout the evening at The Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton on September 29.

Tickets can be purchased here – but hurry they’re selling fast!
