Several jobs could be created near Malvern after land earmarked for employment use has been put up for sale by a leading property consultancy.
Fisher German is selling land at Blackmore Park, which has been allocated for employment in the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The firm will either sell the land all as one, or in up to three separate parcels of land depending on demand from potential buyers.
Rob Champion, partner at Fisher German’s Worcester office, said: “There is a significant lack of employment land around Malvern and the wider district at the moment, so this site at Blackmore Park is a great opportunity for developers and businesses looking to build their own premises.
“And once Blackmore Park has been developed, several jobs are likely to be created as a result, which is great news for the area.
“Blackmore Park is easily accessible, and there is also the ability to connect straight into services on the site, which means buildings can be constructed quickly once planning permission has been granted.
“It is also close to the already established Malvern Hills Science Park, which could be very attractive for certain businesses.”
