Effective Energy Group secures Lakeside North Harbour space

Portsmouth office space Lakeside North Harbour has welcomed a new occupier, sustainable energy company Effective Energy Group.

The firm will occupy 3,596 sq ft of workspace at the Lakeside North Harbour campus and will conduct its operations from the space hence forth.

Effective Energy Group is a firm that assists companies in meeting their carbon-saving obligations and facilitating the implementation of energy-saving measures. They have supported over 70,000 homes and secured funding of more than £200m for energy-saving initiatives.

Ben Williams, a representative from Effective Energy Group, said: “The growth of Effective Energy Group and the increasing demand for our services has created the need for expanded premises for our team.

''Lakeside’s location is exceptional, offering a fantastic environment to work in. The additional campus facilities are a great benefit for our team members.”

Effective Energy's occupancy at Lakeside follows a series of successful deals with firms including: Totaljobs, NHS Property Services, and Fair Ways charity.
