Stroud based Estate Agents Whitaker Seager has been awarded the British Property Award for Painswick and Nailsworth for the third successive year.

The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with the opportunity to compare customer service levels against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition throughout an extensive judging period. Considered one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers, more than 90 per cent of local agents are reviewed.

Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said: “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards. Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Whitaker Seager should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition”.

Established only four years ago by Liz Whitaker-Street and Amy Seager, these latest awards can be added to one of many already achieved by the company. This excellent track record can also be seen from over 60, five-star reviews for the company’s unique approach to property sales that focuses on honesty, integrity, a friendly approach, and professionalism.

Liz Whitaker-Street, co-founder of Whitaker Seager said: “This recognition is something for our team to be extremely proud of and not only highlights our success within the industry but our expertise in the local property market. These awards will give our clients even more confidence in our service and capabilities. We thank our team for their continued dedication and commitment”.
