Continued success for Goadsby at West Howe Industrial Estate

Goadsby, acting on behalf of Pears Property, has let Unit 7 and 8, West Howe Industrial Estate, Poole.

Unit 7 was let to Harbour Heating which was delighted to secure the premises to aid its expansion. The premises extend to approximately 723 sq ft and benefited from 2 parking spaces, 3 phase electricity, gas and WC.

Unit 8 was let to Dorset Blind Association which had a requirement for a small industrial/warehouse premises for excess storage of goods from its growing charity shop chain. Goadsby was delighted to assist Dorset Blind Association with its expansion. Unit 8 extends to approximately 723 sq ft and benefits from 2 parking spaces, strip lighting, tea point, 3 phase electricity and gas.

Goadsby are also marketing Unit 3 and 23 West Howe which are both now under offer.
