Former two-floor commercial buildings at Chichester Marina are presently being converted into luxury two and three-bedroom holiday apartments by Fareham-based Amiri Construction. The £3.25 million project, designed by Southsea based PLC Architects, is set to be competed for this summer.
Grahame Pettit, managing director of Amiri Construction, says that the extensive renovation and specialist cladding, with the addition of a pitched roof, will make the former business units unrecognisable both inside and out.
“These will be prestigious holiday apartments for short breaks or long-term lets. The views of the marina and countryside will be fantastic, and there will be parking for car or boat, depending on how you travel.”
