Global real estate adviser CBRE is expanding its Southampton office with the appointment of new Investment Associate Director Alex Davies to its Agency & Transactional Services team.

Davies joins the CBRE Southampton office after previous experience with JLL and Cushman and Wakefield. His new role sees him returning to the CBRE group, having spent four years before 2018 as a capital markets consultant at CBRE in London, Paris and Amsterdam.

A University of Portsmouth graduate with a degree in property development and surveying, Davies completed his RICS qualification during his previous time with CBRE.

James Brounger, Head of CBRE Southampton, pictured above with Alex Davies, said: “Over the last 18 months we have seen a substantial increase in investment transactions across the South Coast and Alex’s experience will further enhance our offering to clients as investor demand continues to grow. Alex brings a wealth of international capital markets and investment expertise to our expanding Southampton team.”
