Caspian One, a global tech-skills acquisition firm, is leasing an office suite on the second floor of five-storey Telephone House in Bournemouth.

Vail Williams acquired the modern workspace, which is 7,262 sq ft, on behalf of Caspian One.

The firm, which saw a £23.7 million turnover ending March 2022, vacates Waverley House in nearby Holdenhurst Road, Lansdowne, which has outline planning consent to be redeveloped.

Bryony Solan, an associate at Vail Williams, said: “We were tasked with finding high-quality workspace for Caspian One in the Lansdowne area of Bournemouth.

“Caspian One have joined many other occupiers in what we call the ‘flight-to-quality’ as they recognised the importance of providing a high-quality working environment for their employees, which led them to leasing an office over double the size of their existing office.

“Telephone House fitted the client’s requirements, with included car parking spaces, transport connectivity, a convenient location close to the town and beach and air conditioning.”
