Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has agreed a letting on behalf of private investors for over 13,500 sq ft of warehouse and industrial accommodation at Martor Industrial Estate in South Gloucestershire with PBS Logistics, one of the leading European companies in intralogistics.

PBS Logistics will occupy the self-contained site, which comprises three buildings offering flexible industrial and storage space and generous yard areas.

Alison Williams, Associate Partner, Carter Jonas said: “Increasingly, self-contained sites are the preferred option for occupiers seeking 10,000 sq ft or more. This site at Martor Industrial Estate will provide PBS Logistics with the space in which to grow the business, benefitting both from mission-critical container storage and close proximity to the M4.”

Martor Industrial Estate is a trading estate off Tormarton Road in Marshfield, South Gloucestershire. It is adjacent to the A420, which provides convenient connections to Junction 18 of the M4 motorway (4 miles), as well as to the regional hubs of Chippenham (7 miles) and Bath (8 miles).
