Cala Cotswolds moves to Oxfordshire as it expands regionally

Cala Cotswolds has moved its headquarters to Oxfordshire as it looks to widen its geographical reach.

The move from Solihull to Oxford Technology Park ties in with the firm’s expansion into Wiltshire, Vale of the White Horse and Oxfordshire.

Since being established in 2016, Cala Cotswolds has delivered 1,800 new homes in the Midlands along with a large amount of community focused work including £11.4 million in section 106 agreements. It is one of eight regional businesses in the Legal & General Capital-owned Cala Group.

Cala Cotswolds was previously known as Cala Midlands.

Looking forward to the remainder of this year, the Cala Group expects to deliver more than 3,000 homes as well as employing more than 1,200 people.

The group is currently working on a major development in Didcot called Noble Park under its sister brand, Legal & General Homes. Cala are set to arrive on site later this year. The 1,239 home development includes schools, community facilities and improved public access routes.

The firm is also due to begin work on a site in Alderton, Gloucestershire later this year, where timber frame construction will be used for all 28 homes in a first for the group.

Cala Cotswolds is also actively searching for further land opportunities, with 1,300 potentially in its pipeline over the next three years.
