Real Estate advisers Forge has advised CBRE Investment Management on the disposal of 86-90 The Promenade – Cheltenham's prime trading location.

The property, which is let to Waterstones Booksellers Ltd and Hobbs Ltd, provides 17,269 sq ft of prime High Street retail accommodation.

Following competitive bidding, Forge concluded the deal with a private client of Knight Frank.

The building comprises a total of 17,269 sq ft, and offers significant scope for conversion of the upper parts to alternative uses (subject to planning).
