89-89A Broad St in Reading, a B-class building dating as far back as 1750, is looking to sell in what Loop Net has dubbed a 'Prime Broad Street Investment Opportunity'.

The building is being leased by Waterstones and Fone World, with an annual freehold income of £325,000 per annum.

Nearby businesses include Santander, Iceland, and Metro Bank. The acting agents have been advised to accept offers within range of £3.8 million.

The building is located in close proximity to the M4 and can be accessed by junctions 10, 11, and 12. The building is also in close proximity to Reading Train Station.
