Bristol property professionals recognised in Avison Young's annual promotions

Seven property professionals within Avison Young’s Bristol office are amongst a group of 55 promoted to director and associate in the strategic real estate advisor’s annual round of promotions across the UK.

Promoted to director level are Charlotte Taylor-Drake - planning, development and regeneration, Daniel Smith - valuation, Jon Nicholls - building, James Hornby - telecoms, while promoted to associate status are Eliott Kelly - planning, development and regeneration, and James Short - industrial. Louis Maxwell - becomes a senior surveyor in the valuation team.

Jo Davis, managing director of Avison Young in Bristol, said: “These promotions to director and associate reflect the breadth and depth of talent here at Avison Young.
