Bracknell: Town gets further impetus as Towelrads acquires Queensgate offices

Towelrads has bought the former Hitachi Capital building at Queensgate House, Cookham Road, Bracknell from Picton for an undisclosed price for its own occupation.

The offices comprise 12,000 sq ft located in the Western Business district of the town.

Guy Parkes, director at RARE, said “Bracknell is on fire and has seen a 30% increase in enquiries compared to the previous quarter, fuelled by the anticipated arrival of new and exciting amenity at The Lexicon retail centre, opening in the Summer and also a recognition of the excellent connectivity the town offers. It’s a positive endorsement for the town that its attracting new occupiers from further afield and bringing in fresh impetus."

RARE and LSH acted for Picton. Towelrads was not advised.
