Fledgling start-up businesses are being offered a 'stepping stone to success' following the rare release of space at the Bracknell Enterprise & Innovation Hub.

The innovation centre, located in the heart of Bracknell’s town centre, has two offices available on the ninth and 10th floors offering 1,100 sq ft and 1,200 sq ft of workspace both complete with separate rooms and views of Bracknell Forest.

Centre director Shelley Furey said: “Both offices provide a professional image and environment to allow for business growth and development. These serviced offices can be occupied on a flexible agreement. With access to conference, meeting and kitchen facilities, all offices are supported by reception, security and administration.

“It is a bustling business hub located in the heart of the town centre. This is the perfect, rarely available, opportunity for two start-up businesses to come and join the community here.”

Office 901 is suitable for 15 people and offers a separate meeting room. The other, office 1013, is suitable for 20 people and includes three individual offices.

The space has become available after two businesses re-scaled their plans including Modha Properties, which has moved into a warehouse to store steel which they produce for new housing.

Furey added: “Bracknell Enterprise and Innovation Hub offers high-quality, bespoke office space to small pioneering businesses. A lively community of entrepreneurs and visionaries form the support network to resident businesses.

“Regular networking events take place, providing access to an extended, external pool of support. We are committed to providing a home for Bracknell’s finest innovators.”

Managed by Oxford Innovation, Bracknell Enterprise & Innovation Hub provides a base to more than 30 growing businesses. Located at Ocean House, in The Ring, it boasts 49 self-contained offices ranging from 112 sq ft to 3,400 sq ft as well as meeting and conference facilities, networking opportunities and a manned reception. Located close to Heathrow Airport, the centre is served by Junction 10 of the M4. There are excellent bus and train links with the train station less than a five minute walk away.
