The building at Three Alrington Square in Bracknell has announced lettings from General Electric and Tiro Partners.

These lettings come after the delivery of newly fitted and furnished space at the recently refurbished building.

General Electric has taken the fourth floor suite, measuring in at 2,080 square feet, and Tiro Partners has signed a lease on 1,400 square feet of space also on the fourth floor.

Operations Manager at Tiro Partners Casey Reid said: “We are delighted with our new office space in Three Arlington Square. It is immaculate and provides everything we need to flourish. We are looking forward to our journey here.”

The lettings come following an increased interest in the property. Training provider iHasco signed a lease for 10,000 square feet of space on the fourth floor prior to General Electric and Tiro Partners signing their deals.

Finance Director at GE Verona Kevin Slaughter said: “We are thrilled to have moved into our new home. The brand new high quality office suite which has been created provides us with the perfect environment for our business to flourish and adapt as needed.

“The suite provides us with the space to connect, collaborate and socialize with colleagues across our company.”
