Bracknell: Expanding Pegasus Group relocates to bigger offices

Pegasus Group has relocated to new offices in Bracknell to allow for further growth. The company's first Bracknell office opened in 2007, and the new premises at Columbia House, directly opposite the train station, will enable the forthcoming 10-year anniversary to pass in some style.

Pegasus Group offers planning consultancy advice, in addition to design, environmental and economic expertise, in connection with a wide range of developments across the country. With a total staff of 230 across 10 offices, the company is a recognised leader in their field.

The new office has already hosted a breakfast seminar on the recent housing white paper for 30 housebuilders, and being sited directly next to Bracknell Forest Council offices, a heavily beaten path between the two buildings appears likely in the near future.

Within the Thames Valley, Pegasus Group is currently involved in schemes ranging from the introduction of single houses, up to strategic mixed-use developments involving in excess of 1,000 dwellings.
