Brydell Partners has secured Pharmiweb Solutions, a technology services business, for 12,693 sq ft of offices on three floors of One Station Square in Bracknell, which has been redeveloped with exposed services.
David Seddon, head of asset management at Brydell Partners, said: “The decision to refurbish One Station Square to an exposed services specification could not have been more successful. Pharmiweb will benefit from the unique, inspiring working environment at One Station Square.”
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Knight Frank advised Brydell Partners.
Hannah Bennett, senior surveyor in LSH’s Reading office, commented: “The Lexicon will be a game changer for Bracknell’s town centre and this, together with One Station Square’s urban exposed services design, is proving to be very attractive for businesses.”
A total of 10,814 sq ft over the 1st and 7th floors of the building is still available to let.
