The Commercial Property team at Gloucestershire-based BPE Solicitors has once again advised property development and investment giant, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate on the purchase of One Castle Park, Bristol worth more than £20 million.

The acquisition of the multi-let city centre office from Circle Property PLC, covering over 79,359 square foot, will enable Boultbee Brooks to refurbish the property in an area that is enjoying redevelopment in the city.

The Commercial Property team, led by Partner Doug Armstrong and supported by Senior Associate Matt Jones, advised Boultbee Books on the purchase and completed thorough due diligence of the property. Doug commented: “We were delighted to assist Boultbee Brooks Real Estate with their latest acquisition in Bristol.  It is a landmark building in an area of exciting redevelopment in Bristol and we look forward to seeing what they have planned for the asset”.
