Bournemouth: Goadsby secures sale of office investment

Acting on behalf of a private vendor, Goadsby has secured the sale of Austin House, office premises near Bournemouth. 

The premises occupy a prominent position in the heart of Westbourne and extend to approximately 5,050 sq ft.  The current rental income is £69,000 pa exclusive and the quoting price was £975,000 (exclusive of VAT).
