Goadsby Commercial, acting on behalf of Ameriscot Commercial, has completed the letting of the final available floor at Avalon in Bournemouth. The fifth floor extends to approximately 5,116 sq ft and offers impressive open-plan accommodation with views and allocated parking. The floor has been let on a new 10-year lease to Glow Green.
Bryony Solan of Goadsby commented: “This marks the 14th letting that Goadsby has completed at Avalon within the last two years, totalling approximately 37,000 sq ft.
The 46,000 sq ft building has been refurbished to include a cafe on the ground floor.”
Ameriscot Commercial owns over 200,000 sq ft of commercial space, all of it currently fully let. Its other major buildings in Bournemouth include Ocean 80 and Richmond House.
