Theale-based property firm T A Fisher has acquired three new sites for development.
They are in the villages of Charter Alley, Hampshire and Brimpton, Berkshire, plus a freehold site for detached houses in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The company says each site possesses its own character and will allow it to showcase its distinctive build style and quality, which is generally in a design tone sympathetic to the local environment.
Development Director Steve Davies said: “As an established housebuilder with a strong financial base, these acquisitions demonstrate our confidence in the Thames Valley property market.
"Whilst the sales market has moved into a different phase, we find that our product being more bespoke has a continual following from well-funded buyers who may be less reliant on borrowing."
