Chartered surveyors Kempton Carr Croft has sold a mixed-use, freehold investment near Beaconsfield for £1.3 million.
The property, Suffolk House, Woburn Green, comprises three shops, approximately 5,000 sq ft of offices and two residential units, and yields in the order of £100,000 per annum in rental income.
Kempton Carr Croft acted as sole agent for its client Chesterton Commercial which has owned the property for 15 years.
After bringing the property to the market in September 2014, the firm secured an acceptable offer in October allowing for exchange of contracts in November and completion in December.
The buyers, RAP Developments, were represented by The Frost Partnership.
