Leading full-service sales agency Xcel Sales has relocated to Chineham Park in Basingstoke following a recent surge in contract wins.

The move to bigger premises – in response to the increased workload and plans for expansion – required a six-figure investment which owner and CEO Nicola Hartland believes will pay off.

She said: “We are thrilled to be operating from new, bigger premises.  It was a big investment in terms of both money and time, but the move will enable us to improve our service to current clients, and continue to take on new ones.”

By the end of this year, Xcel Sales plans to take on an additional 20 staff members. All staff will be able to get NVQ-level qualification through the company’s partnership with a local training provider, and Hartland will oversee initiatives such as the recently-launched apprentice and mentorship scheme, which provides training and guidance for people hoping to start a career in sales.

The company, which specialises in comprehensive, professional sales outsourcing services, has been providing unique end-to-end solutions for sales, lead generation and development for just over four years. It helps both fledgling and established businesses bolster, replace, or enhance their sales teams.

Hartland added: "Xcel Sales believes in working as an extension to a company’s already existing team, developing strategies and implementing lead generation techniques to dramatically increase revenue, and this model is clearly showing results."
